#2 Opening the drain and draining off used oil

Place a drain pan under the oil drain out plug. Remove the drain nut with a spanner probably of the same size as the nut. Let wait for all the used oil drains out from the tank. As a precaution measure, heating up the scooty before draining the oil may make the oil thinner so that the draining process will be of much ease.

#3 Closing the drain and opening the inlet

After all the used oil has drained out. Close the drain outlet with the nut at the right place and screw it. Tighten it with a spanner in order to prevent the oil leakage. Now open up the inlet plug where we have to pour the engine oil into the tank. Clean the plug if required.

#4 Perfect Filling in new engine oil

Measure the exact capacity of the engine oil needed to be filled. Place a funnel that goes far in the inlet valve. Slowly pour the oil into the tank. Close and ensure the inlet plug to be in its place and tighten it with a wrench. Check whether the drain plug, as well as inlet plug, are tight to avoid unnecessary oil leakage from the tank. Clean all the surfaces with a clean rag and dispose of the used engine oil safely as it is hazardous to our planet.
